Our Ingredients
Full recipe, instructions, and photos in the recipe card at the end of post.
Instant Vanilla Pudding: In honor of making this recipe a quick holiday treat, I’m using instant vanilla pudding but you can definitely make your own vanilla pudding.
Heavy Whipping Cream: You want to make sure your heavy cream is very chilled before whipping. It also helps if you place your whipping bowl in the freezer beforehand.
Bananas: You want ripe but not overly ripe bananas like you would use in a banana bread. This will ensure that your pudding lasts longer in the fridge. The airtight mason jars I’m using helps with this as well.
Eggnog: Our star of the show! I’m using a store bought full fat eggnog but you can use any eggnog of your choosing.
Wafers: I’m using Nilla wafers. They are the best in my opinion and bring back so many memories of my childhood.

Different Cookies: Swap out the Nilla Wafers for gingersnaps or shortbread for a different flavor and texture.
