One of my favorite things to do is go out to eat and order just appetizers and dessert, so it’s no surprise I love making Mediterranean appetizers at home too. You get to try so many different options! These are quick, fun, and yummy bites. Some of them can be made as a main as well, so do what your heart desires!
My absolute favorite appetizer? Spanish Garlic Shrimp (Gambas Al Ajillo). It’s sizzling, garlicky, and totally irresistible. Pair that with some Homemade Quick Artisan Bread and you are in Heaven. If you’re looking for something bright and fresh, the Roasted Lemon Za’atar Potatoes + Whipped Feta are a must, crispy, herby, and perfect for dipping.
