Ingredients

For the wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder aluminum free
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch

For the lemon pepper sauce

  • 1 tablespoon low sodium lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 6 tablespoon unsalted butter 85 grams
  • ½ tablespoon fresh lemon zest
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Dash of franks

Instructions

Wings

  • Start by patting your wings dry. Add to a bowl and add in the cornstarch, baking powder, and all the seasonings.

Lemon Pepper Sauce

  • Melt your butter over medium heat. Add in your garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
