Combine your flour, seasonings, and 1/4 cup of your grated parmesan.
Bread your chicken cutlets and set aside.
Melt your butter and olive oil on medium high heat. Add in your chicken and cook for 4 minutes.
Flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Turn your heat to medium and add in your chopped onions. Cook for 3 minutes or until translucent. Make sure to scrape all those delicious brown bits from the pan.
