  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 3 small garlic cloves or 2 medium crushed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

Sauté the Garlic

  • In a large skillet or saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Add Broth and Lemon Juice

  • Pour in the chicken bone broth and the juice of 1 lemon.
