Slice the yellow pepper, orange pepper, and white onion into thin strips, or use pre-sliced fajita veggies from the grocery store.

Cook the Veggies
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
Add the sliced onions and cook for 2 minutes until softened.

Add the peppers and 1 teaspoon of the seasoning mix (chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt).

Cook the Beef
In the same skillet, add a bit of oil and heat over medium-high heat.
Add the crushed garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
