Roasted Lemon Potatoes: Embracing Mediterranean Ingredients
At the heart of our Lemon Za’atar Roasted Potatoes lies the humble yet versatile Yukon Gold potato. These potatoes are the perfect canvas for the bright and zesty flavors of lemon and za’atar seasoning. A drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt enhance the natural flavors of the potatoes.
Elevating the Flavor Profile: Za’atar Seasoning
Za’atar seasoning, a beloved spice blend popular in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. It takes our roasted potatoes to the next level. Made from a blend of dried herbs such as thyme, oregano, and marjoram, mixed with toasted sesame seeds and sumac. Za’atar adds depth and complexity to the dish, infusing it with aromatic flavor and subtle earthiness.
