- 4 chicken breast pounded
- 1.5 cups beef broth
- 1 cup flour
- ¼ cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 onion sliced thin
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or sprig of fresh thyme
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
Prep the Chicken
