Low Carb Recipes

These low carb recipes (or recipes with low carb option) are all about bold flavors and smart ingredients. Whether you’re eating this way all the time or just cutting back on carbs here and there, you’ll find recipes here that are full of texture, color, and satisfaction.

The Spanish Garlic Shrimp is quick to make, loaded with garlic, and perfect with a side of greens or cauliflower mash. I personally fail at not dipping bread in that yummy sauce, but maybe you are better than me? Poulet Yassa (Senegalese Chicken Stew) is another one you should definitely try!
